DOTP (MF:C24H38O4 MW:390.56 EINECS:229-176-9) is an excellent main plasticizer used in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastics. Compared with the commonly used diisooctyl phthalate (DOP) at present, it has the advantages of heat resistance, cold resistance, low volatility, anti-extraction, good softness and electrical insulation performance, and shows excellent durability, soapy water resistance and low-temperature softness in products. Due to its low volatility, the use of DOTP can fully meet the temperature resistance grade requirements of wires and cables.
