Fruit and Vegetable Preservation: Mainly used for postharvest storage of fruits and vegetables such as apples, pears, kiwifruits, bananas and tomatoes. By inhibiting the effects of ethylene, it delays ripening and senescence, reduces softening and decay, and extends shelf life and storage duration.
Flower Preservation: Applied to fresh cut flowers and potted flowers including roses, lilies and carnations. It inhibits premature blooming, wilting and abscission, maintains flower color and shape, and prolongs the ornamental period.
