Lauryl alcohol polyether has defoaming properties. Polyether defoamers are a major type of defoamers at present. They are non-toxic, odorless, non-irritating, resistant to hard water, acid and alkali, and have good compatibility with the system. Compared with another major type of silicon-containing defoamers, although its defoaming performance is not high, its anti-foaming performance is quite excellent.
