Product Application Method Of Waterproof /Multi-Purpose Adhesive

  1. 808 Waterproof Adhesive is specifically designed for bonding various waterproof membranes. It is suitable for bonding different waterproofing materials, such as backed membranes (PVC, TPO, EPDM)/Concrete surfaces/Metal surfaces: 0.35-0.4 kg/m², Steel substrate application: 0.4-0.5 kg/m² Cement substrate application.
  2. FN-309 Application Scope: Suitable for bonding rubber, metal, wood, fireproof boards, foam, cement, cotton fabrics, woodworking templates, aluminum-plastic panels, and other materials individually or in combination.

Product Precautions Of Waterproof /Multi-Purpose Adhesive

  1.  When bonding, the coil and substrate surfaces must be clean, dry, dust-free, and oil-free. The substrate must be solid and stable. For substrates with coated or composite surfaces, pre-testing is required to determine the appropriate application technique based on test results.
  2.  Thoroughly mix the adhesive before use.
  3.  Apply adhesive to the bonding area. Both the coil and substrate surfaces should be coated. For large-area bonding, use a squeegee; for corners and small areas, apply with a brush.
  4.  Immediately align and firmly press the surfaces together when the adhesive layer is no longer tacky to the touch.
  5.  Theoretically, at 25°C room temperature and 55-75% relative humidity, allow 10-20 minutes for tack-free time. Adhere surfaces once the bonding area is no longer tacky to ensure secure adhesion. Actual timing depends on the construction environment and preliminary test results.
