It is a yellow to amber liquid at room temperature and serves as a revolutionary bond-repairing active ingredient in the hair care industry. It reconnects disulfide bonds in hair that have been broken by chemical treatments (perming, dyeing, and bleaching) and is widely used in high-end hair care products.
