Product Application Of DMP-30 CAS 90-72-2

  1. DMP-30 reacts with epoxy resins to form cured products suitable for room-temperature or medium-temperature curing systems, and can be used to prepare epoxy adhesives, coatings, composite materials, electronic packaging materials, etc., finding widespread application in aerospace, electronics, construction, and other fields.
  2. As a tertiary amine catalyst, 2,4,6-Tri(dimethylaminoethyl)phenol can catalyse the reaction between isocyanates and hydroxyl groups (alcohols, water, etc.) in polyurethane synthesis, accelerating the curing process of polyurethane foams, elastomers, coatings, etc., and regulating reaction rates and product structures.
  3. In the coating industry, Tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol can serve as a cross-linking promoter to enhance coating curing efficiency and film properties (such as hardness and adhesion). In adhesives, it can shorten curing time and enhance bonding strength, particularly suitable for applications requiring rapid curing.
  4. DMP-30 can also be used as a rubber vulcanisation accelerator, a crosslinking agent in plastic processing, or for synthesising other fine chemical products, leveraging the reactivity of its amine groups to improve material processing and performance properties.
